Ordering

Picking up in Store

If you choose in store pickup instead of shipping please allow 24 hrs for your order to process and be filled. Orders can be picked up during business hours Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm at our 5600 Highpoint Parkway, Burleson, TX 76028 location only.

Do you ship to Canada?

YES! We love our friendly Neighbors to the North! We offer UPS and DHL for your choices. Please be advised, we have no control over shipping costs and taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to shop around and keep shipping costs to a minimal.

International Shipping

YES! Some countries are restricted by international law however, the easiest way to find out is to fill your cart and make your way to the checkout page. Enter your address and choose shipping method. We offer UPS and DHL for your choices. If allowed you will be able to complete your order. DHL might be more expensive but has a better chance of not getting tied up in customs. Please be advised, we have no control over shipping costs and taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to shop around and keep shipping costs to a minimal.

Locations

We have our main showroom location at 5600 Highpoint Parkway Burleson, TX that is open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. You can shop the complete line of tools here. You can also order online or the app for pickup at this location.

Anson East (Alliance Dent Repair): 1605 Capital Ave, Plano, TX is our satellite location offering a selection of most common tools. Please note: We cannot ship from this location.

We have two vans, Chris Howe and Michael Biggs, that crisscross the USA during hail season. If there is a major hail storm chances are they know about it and will be there!

Can't login? Most likely you have multiple accounts. Resetting your password is the quickest way to log back in. If you have multiple accounts we can merge them together so all your orders are in one account. contact us at info@ansonpdr.com if this is the case.

Item is Out of Stock

We do our best to keep stock of all our products. Many tools come from small independent companies. Due to supply issues some of the most common tools do run out of stock, especially during hail season. On the website there will be a button to "notify me when available". This is the best way to get notified when back in stock. this option in only on the website and not on the app.

I Need Receipts for My Taxes

This comes up every year around that dreaded time... Tax season. All your receipts are located on your account! Just login and see all past orders and print from there. If you have multiple accounts please contact us at info@ansonpdr.com to have your account merged and updated.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We are available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST for by phone at 817-226-3044 and by email at info@ansopdr.com. Social media accounts are monitored but that's not the quickest way to get a response.

Shipping

Where is my Package?

We are open Monday through Friday. Orders over the weekend start shipping on Monday. Post office and UPS pick up M-F midday. We strongly urge you to choose UPS for delivery. Even though it might be slightly higher in price, they are more reliable. USPS (Post office) has proven themselves to be unreliable with expected delivery dates. "Priority" does not equal 2-3 days. It can mean 2 days or 2 weeks. We have to offer USPS for areas that UPS does not ship to. i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO box, etc.)

Expect delays during hail season and seasonal events like Black Friday.

Change shipping Address

You've moved locations! We get it. Hail techs are constantly at new locations. If your order has not shipped yet we can easily update to your new location by emailing shipping@ansonpdr.com Please reference your name and order number.

If your package has already shipped you'll need to contact the shipping company you choose to redirect the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard UPS shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). USPS is always questionable, they are not reliable and should not be chosen unless you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or a PO Box. International shipping times depend on the products, destination and customs (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All sales are final however, we'll work with you on most. Qualified items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received including original packaging. Any Electronic product is subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping back the product(s). Choose how you want it shipped back and include your name and order number.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive the return item(s) refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
