Glexo Mini Set v2 - 2 tabs and cold glue

Glexo Mini set is a medium version of Glexo Cold Glue Set, which is intended for specialists who solve common problems in repairs.

The Glexo Kits are designed to assist PDR and body repair technicians. The Glexo system is an innovative solution that allows you to significantly speed up the execution of typical work and increase the profitability of repairs.

The system is based on a unique adhesive composition (also called "cold glue") with non-Newtonian properties. The adhesive composition is applied to the power tabs Glexo and used together with them to repair damage at different stages of work. The system can be used to solve a wide range of tasks. It shows itself perfectly both at the initial stage of work, when it is required to quickly restore the shape, and at the final stages, which require the most careful actions.

A distinctive feature of the Glexo system is extremely high adhesive properties, long service life, wide temperature range of application, the ability to use tabs with any slide hammers. All tabs are equipped with the patented proprietary Glexo fastening system, which allows you to quickly and securely fix the tab in the seat of the slide hammer. The patented O-ring solution used in the second version of Glexo provides a reliable long-term fixation for safe working. In the proposed new version of the Glexo sets, the tabs is also equipped with a reinforced thread with a larger diameter for the highest loads.

The Glexo Mini set includes 2 different types of tabs for different tasks:
1. Large Rectangular tab. Designed to create a distributed effort without concentration of impact. Allows you to evenly raise areas of damage without creating accents.
2. Small Round tab. Designed to create concentrated effort with a concentration of impact on small areas. Allows you to locally lift small areas of damage without affecting adjacent areas, creating an emphasis in the center of the tab.

After work, the tabs are stored directly with the applied adhesive in the wooden box in which the system is supplied. To prevent sticking, the kit includes anti-adhesive films, which must be wrapped around the tabs with the applied composition.

Important - the Glexo system is not recommended for use with aluminum slide hammers to avoid breakage.

The Glexo Full set comes with a 1 year warranty.

Back-ordered items or items that are out of stock will ship when they become available. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Anson PDR is not responsible for any package carrier delay due to weather, peak holiday season delay, global pandemic or any other sort of carrier delay. Orders placed during the peak hail season may take an additional 1-2 business days for processing. Some orders may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. All orders being shipped are subject to the appropriate state sales tax. 

Return Policy –

There is a 30-day warranty If your product is damaged or if your order was processed incorrectly. Most items we carry have manufacturers warranty's a small number of items do not have a warranty and are sold as-is (NO WARRANTY ON GLUE TABS, GLUE OR OTHER CONSUMABLE ITEMS). If there is an issue with the product you purchased please give us a call and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All returns made are good only for an in-store credit only and will only be accepted if made within 10 days from the original purchase date. All returns must be in new condition with the original manufacturers packaging. Anson PDR LLC reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason or for product misuse or abuse.

If the buyer has purchased the wrong product or wishes to return a product within 10 days it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all shipping costs and fees.

All electronics including but not limited to T-Hotbox, Power PDR Box, Autel systems and lighting systems -This item can be returned within 10 days of purchase as long as it’s in new condition.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tools purchased at Anson PDR that are broken will be handled according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All tools that are returned must have postage or shipping costs paid to and from Anson PDR and must have a letter which contains a copy of a receipt and a correct return address with phone number.
